114-2學期起 新訂研究生學位論文延後公開機制
本校自114學年度第2學期起實施，學生應於進行學位考試前，至「紙本論文延後公開申請系統」填寫並列印申請書，並於學位考試時檢附申請書及相關證明文件由考試委員審核確認。
完成系所審核機制之申請書及證明文件(均須正本，各2份)，應連同定稿後的紙本論文，於辦理離校手續時一併繳交至系所辦公室及本校圖書館。(為簡化現行程序，學生無須另至圖書館、研教組或技轉中心辦理用印)
Updated Procedures for Embargoing Printed Theses and Dissertations (Effective Spring Semester 2026)
In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s newly established thesis embargo mechanism, the University’s revised procedures will take effect in Spring Semester 2026.
Students who wish to apply for an embargo on their printed thesis/dissertation must, before the degree examination, log in to the Online Application System for Embargo of Printed Theses/Dissertations, and print two original copies of the application form . The application form, together with the relevant certification documents , must be submitted at the thesis defense for review and confirmation by all examination committee members.
During the school-leaving process, submit the department-approved application form and certification document together with the finalized printed thesis/dissertation—one set to the department office and the other to the NTUST Library.
